 Inadequate Description -- Wrong Shoe Sent Apr 30, 2010
I wanted Birkentstock Boston Black Shoes.
They came, but in SUADE
I would never have ordered suade.
Many times I find the Amazon product description inadequate.
I spend many hours trying to figure whether the description shows the product I want to order.
Now, looking, I did not see the same page as when I ordered.
LIke virtually every other time, I am unwilling to go through the trouble it takes to return.
I will wear these and next time I will be extra extra careful.

the Birkenstock Boston Clog, aubergine, is one of the most beautiful birkenstock shoe of the more than 30 pairs I have. I recommend this shoe to any one who wants beauty, comfort and value.

I ordered these shoes and the picture looked to be the dark brown suede but what actually arrived was the dark brown leather. I contacted Shoe Mall via email and they told me the correct product number to order and I sent them back and receive the correct item within a couple weeks. I'm very happy with the shoes and I would order from Shoe Mall again.

Expensive but worth the extra dough Mar 31, 2009
I love these clogs because they're sturdy and comfortable. I ordered this pair because I had my last pair for about 7 years and loved those too. Birkenstocks are a little expensive, but I was willing to shell out the extra money because it's a high quality shoe.

Although I am a big birkenstock fan, I have to say these are a bit disappointing because they are kind of stiff and do not feel as wonderful as my birkenstock Eatons which had no "break in" time at all. I think they look nice and are great with slacks or a casual skirt.
