VERY fast shipping, good price, GREAT quality! Nov 12, 2009 I ordered and had my shoes within 2 days! They have great prices on Birkenstocks and get right on it when you place an order. Will definitely shop with them again!

Love the look. Love the width. But that footbed thing... Nov 07, 2009 Just got these sandals. And what can I say? They seem to be wide enough for my wide feet. And I like the look of them--it's something about the 'retro-ness' of them that I find so very appealing.
The problem though for me is that I have VERY flat feet. And the contour of the footbed doesn't seem to respect that. It's like walking over some kind of hill or something.
I don't know why Birkenstock can't make a shoe that can do away with the footbed thing. Because I'm telling you, it only works if you happen to have the 'right' kind of arches in your feet. Otherwise, you'll be in for a LUMPY experience!!! And who needs that!!!
These shoes will be staying in the closet. Or at least there's always the Goodwill!!!

LOVE "EM! Apr 20, 2009 I have 4-5 pairs of Birks because of my feet. My doctor said he could send me to a speciatist or I could buy a pair of Birks I opted for the Birks! They are comfortable! I like to get the Birks with the better footbed and this is one of those pairs. Enjoy and happy feet!
