Nice Boots Mar 28, 2010 Nice pair of boots. Looks just like the picture, comfy like all Naughty Monkeys. Runs pretty true to size, but if you're between sizes, go UP. I like these because there's a little heel, but it's small enough that you can walk in them all day.

Not worth the low price Feb 27, 2010 You know you have a poor quality product when the seller offers you a partial refund of 25% to keep the product. I was very unhappy with the quality of this boot. Its made of flimsy leather which offers no foot or ankle support so you are left feeling like you are balancing on a 3 inch heel with nothing to help keep you in place. I am a true size 7 and this boot runs large so in addition to offering no support my foot was sliding around inside. Returning the boot has been difficult, return shipping is on your own dime and you do not get reimbursed for shipping costs. I was able to speak with customer service who offered me a partial refund to keep the boot (see above) or a prepaid return shipping label as a courtesy. I chose the shipping label but never recieved it in my email. Customer service has not responded to my email request to have this issue resolved. I am very unhappy with the quality of the product and the hassle of trying to return this item. Bottom line, its not worth taking a chance on buying this boot and not worth the hassle of trying to return it.
