Way too loose for my calves so they were all wrinkly/saggy and cheap looking. I have skinny calves, so those with larger calves MIGHT do better in these. I did not like these AT ALL on me and will be returning them.

Bad quality - Not as tall as they seem, but nice Nov 15, 2009
I bought these boots after reading the over-the-knee description, and they're not really thigh-high. They hit your knee, and then slouch a bit, because they're also not as tight as you'd think a boot that has elastics in the back would be. I've never stretched the elastics. That being said, they're nice boots, especially for the price, color representation is 100% correct, and I've got tons of compliemnts. They run a little small, though, an 8 was perfect and I normally do 7-7.5.

EDITED; After wearing these for a few weeks, it became apparent that the very very skinny sole causes the pleather at the back of the heel to wear against the ground, which makes holes, which lets in water. I can't wear these on rainy days, and in a week or two I won't be able to wear them at all.
