Even Better than I Expected Jul 08, 2010

I bought these in blue suede. I had been looking for a pair of blue suede heels of some sort. I was initially leaning towards something more pump like with more formality- but realized that I'd be better off with something a tad more casual. I saw these and pretty much fell in love with them. My only concern was the color... the picture appeared to be a more muted blue with a hint of purple, but having seen other Steve Madden shoes in blue suede- I was pretty confident it would be the vibrant cobalt blue I was seeking- so I took the chance and I wasn't disappointed :) The shoes are a gorgeous cobalt blue! What really surprised me is how comfy they are. Mind you, I was in 5 1/2" heels yesterday that nearly killed me. but these are surprisingly comfortable for 4 1/2" heels. Sure the platform and thicker heel helps, but still.

I purchased the black suede shoe. I agree that the shoe is very attractive and comfortable. I don't believe this shoe is fit for dressy occasions though. This is more of the shoe you would wear with jeans on the weekends or after work. Very cute for sure.

Love Steve Madden shoes. These do not disappoint. Very comfortable and very versatile. Receive lots of compliments. Have been wearing them in the sweltering heat and feet breath even with the leather. Wish I could find the other colors. Went up a half size with these shoes (usually go up a half or full size with this brand) and they are perfect.

I bought this shoe in NYC in cognac but wanted the black ones too. This shoe is so comfortable and I love them. This was a must have!!
